The Centre for Integrated Mental Health Systems and Innovation (CIMHSI) is a Zambia-based institution dedicated to designing, integrating, and strengthening institutional mental health systems and innovation across workplaces, organizations, learning institutions, and public institutions.
Our Vision
The organization operates under its III Framework (Integration, Innovation, Implementation) to ensure mental health is embedded into institutional systems, policies, and structures.
CIMHSI positions mental health as an integral component for:

Its objective is:
To embed integrated mental health systems, innovation, and architecture into institutions as a foundational element for productivity, resilience, and socio-economic transformation.
The system enables institutions to become proactive in addressing mental health issues by:
- Conducting institutional mental health self or facilitated assessments
• Measuring stress trigger indicators
• Providing integrated institutional mental health services
• Generating resilience and productivity indices
• Tracking progress through the Assess → Decide → Equip → Re-assess → Sustain cycle
• Institutionalizing sustainable mental health systems architecture development and capacity building
